Swimming is great aerobic exercise and a weight loss solution that gets your heart pumping and your muscles working to burn calories, melt fat, and strengthen arms and legs. The great news is that because of water’s buoyancy, there’s little stress or strain, but you’ll still achieve a great workout to tone and strengthen your body. Our indoor pool area is climate-controlled for comfortable swimming and aquatic exercise any time of year; the wet area also features relaxing amenities like a steam room, dry sauna, and cold plunge.
