Nancy's journey as a group fitness instructor began unexpectedly. But after a few classes, she found a passion for it and she knew she was meant to do this. Nancy has been a group exercise instructor since 1999. She has taught many class formats such as Spin/Cycling, Bootcamp, Yoga, Pilates, Weight training, Strength training, Bodypump, Cardio kickboxing, and Personal Training. Her 3 children grew up in the gym kids clubs, and now as young adults health and fitness is also a major part of their lives. Making a true difference in people's life is one way by which we create memories and make changes. Nancy says she is lucky to be able to share her love for fitness and create a positive impact, changes and memories that last forever one class at a time!
Kelley was always active - drill team , cheering , walking for fitness , and began lifting weights in her 20s.
Her journey as a fitness instructor evolved from her gym- going to lift and eventually participate in group fitness .
Zumba and Cardio Dance became a fun way to do cardio , and there was high accountability among fellow class members . After 2 years of taking class , she became Zumba -certified and would later go on to hold many other certifications including BollyX, AFAA, Barre Above, and Jillian Michaels Body Shred .
She has taught group fitness for 10 years now , and has a strong passion for dance —fitness , often seeing it as the “gateway group exercise “ for many new or less - experienced gym goers . Her teaching style is fun , high -energy , and the music drives everyone to sweat , smile , dance, and sometimes even sing along !

After being born and raised in Texas, Christopher went to Oklahoma for a college degree. Having spent his youth on stage a degree in theater was inevitable as was his neglect for a mainstream, or normal, life. His professional existence took him from being on stage to behind the camera on TV and movies as a grip/dolly grip. To fulfill his need to perform, coupled with a deep love for physical strengthening and movement, he began a brief career in stunts, with a few years as a pro wrestler and finally living in Holland as a live stuntman. After doing all the things you shouldn't do to your body he had to turn to yoga where all his passions met, and where he will spend the rest of his life recovering from a misspent youth. A practitioner for over 15 yrs and instructor over 12, he is prepared to devote a portion of the rest of his life sharing what he learns and loves about poses, or postures, affect the body, mind and emotions.
I fell in love with fitness as a teenager when my mom would take me to 'Aerobics' class with her. I knew early on this was something I wanted to continue. You can pretty much turn on the music and guarantee that I'll start moving.
When I started taking Les Mills Bodypump classes in 2010, I was hooked and decided to become an instructor myself. My first certification was Bodypump in 2012 and then came Bodycombat, GRIT and Sprint! In between all of this, I also earned my Personal Training Certificate with NASM in 2016. I just love the relationships and support that Group Fitness creates. The members become like your family. Some of my very best friends are those I have met through taking or teaching Group classes.
Feeling the energy in a room full of others that are just as passionate about exercise is truly my Happy Place.
As a former Dallas Cowboys cheerleader and Miss Fitness USA, Debbie brings a vibrant energy to the GX studio. Debbie has taught at a variety of fitness locations around DFW and in Georgia. From BodyPump to Step & Strength, Debbie will surely get your heart pumping and calories burning.
Gabi found her passion for yoga in 2017 at Yogajax where she continued on to get her RYT 200, along with a kids yoga certification further on in her career at Yogajax. Prior to her life in yoga, Gabi was a dancer for 15 years. She loves seeing people try yoga for the first time and the ones that are long time yoga students further their studies with their mind and body.
Sherise has been teaching Group Fitness for 5 years! Her favorite formats to teach include Pilates and Senior Fitness. Along with Pilates and several senior fitness certifications, she is also certified in Indoor Cycle, Barre, Body Sculpt, as well as holding a Personal Training Certificate.
