Yoga group exercise at #ThePAC is all about balance, and our certified instructors will lead you to a peaceful state of mind as you focus on breathing and body position. You’ll exercise to calming, restful music with controlled movements that can be modified for any age and fitness level.
Even though it’s considered a low impact workout, yoga helps tone muscles, improve flexibility and reduce stress. Because movements are flowing and smooth, yoga is easy on muscles and joints — and great for mature adults who need gentle exercise for improved strength and balance.
