I am also NASM certified in Corrective Exercise and Fitness Nutrition. With almost 20 years in the fitness industry, I love working and helping people of all ages achieve their goals and turn their dreams into a reality. My interests include coaching youth sports, playing basketball and softball, and spending time outdoors with my family.
