Hi, my name is Roshana. I earned a M.S. degree in BioStatistics, but after years of working in
sport and pharmaceutical research I decided to change my career to follow my passions for
fitness. I started personal training in 2009 after getting certified by NASM (National Academy of Sports
Medicine). Since then I have pursued many more certifications through NASM, including Fitness
Nutrition, Injury Prevention, and Corrective Exercise. I am also multi-certified in TRX suspension
and RIP training. No matter where you are in your fitness journey I can show you ways how to break plateaus and
reach your highest potential.
I’m a former Division-I athlete at John’s Hopkins University, and I love helping people move through life pain free. With a specialization in corrective exercises and experience with the Hopkins training staff, I have learned how to remove common forms of knee and back pain. I work diligently with you to build strength through movements that will transfer to your daily life. Functional movements like the squat and deadlift may seem intimidating, but we will work together to adjust the exercises to suit your specific abilities and goals! Alexis is an ACE certified personal trainer. She is a former collegiate softball player. She graduated from San Jose State with a business degree. Alexis specializes in strength, athletic and rehabilitation training.

Hi, I'm Jason! I earned a kinesiology degree from Stephen F. Austin State University (SFA), where I also enjoyed playing football. I am also NASM certified in Corrective Exercise and Fitness Nutrition. With almost 20 years in the fitness industry, I love working and helping people of all ages achieve their goals and turn their dreams into a reality.
