Prehabilitation focuses on minimizing the risk of injury. It’s based on the idea that improving strength, flexibility, and motor control in the areas most vulnerable to injuries can keep you from getting hurt, minimize time on the sidelines, and preventing the pain of recovery.

I joined Plano Athletic Club in late August and have absolutely loved it. I decided to get a personal trainer, Boston, and it has been extremely beneficial for my life. I tore my ACL a couple of years ago but haven’t gotten surgery just yet. I told Boston I didn’t want my ACL to hold me back but I also wanted to get stronger and leaner. We are well on our way there!
